This policy explains how purchases work through the JellyNow shop.
How our shop works
JellyNow’s shop features external / affiliate products and links. When you choose to buy, you are taken to a third-party retailer — such as our Etsy shop, Cults3D, Amazon, or another partner — which completes the sale and handles fulfillment. JellyNow does not process payments or ship physical products directly.
Payments & security (PCI)
Because checkout happens on the third-party retailer’s site, your payment is handled by trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant processors (such as the retailer’s own system, Stripe, or PayPal). JellyNow does not collect or store your credit-card details.
Shipping
Shipping carriers, timelines, and costs are set and fulfilled by the retailer that sells the item. Please review the shipping details on that retailer’s product page before purchasing.
Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the policy of the retailer who fulfilled your order (for example, Etsy or the Amazon seller). Digital 3D models offered via Cults3D are delivered as downloads. If you need help, contact the retailer first; we are happy to help point you in the right direction.

Prices shown on JellyNow are for reference and may differ from the retailer’s current price at checkout. The price on the retailer’s site is the price you pay.
