Labor only — $40/hour, 4-hour minimum.The clock starts when the job starts. You’re paying for skilled labor, my own tools, and 18 years of know-how.

No bids, no fixed-price contracts — just a simple labor agreement.Carpentry is unpredictable. Honest hourly means you get exactly what you pay for and I get a fair wage — nobody gets a deal, nobody gets taken.

I don’t buy or supply materials.I’ll give you a materials list — you order, pick up, or have them delivered, at your cost.

No work, no charge.If I’m not working, you’re not paying.

Not happy? Just say so.You can ask me to stop at any time and only pay for the hours I actually worked.

Common-sense small fixes.If I open a wall and find rot or a quick problem, I’ll usually just fix it (a $2 board, 5–10 minutes) and keep moving — instead of stopping to write a $200 change order for a $10 fix. It keeps your job moving and your bill down. Done, and done right.
